" This is a very good "Do ahead" recipe. These freeze well too. Make the spread the day before or do it all at once. Very attractive, tasty appetizer. If you are heating frozen let them thaw for an hour or so before broiling"

Step 1
Mix together the cheese, mayo. olives, onion powder and curry
Step 2
Toasted one side of the prepared bread under the broiler
Step 3
Spread the untoasted side of the bread with the cheese spread. cut each slice into 4 trangles or 4 strips
Step 4
10 minutes before serving place them under the broiler until the cheese starts to melt - Serve warm
