  • 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread , crusts removed, flatttened with a rolling pin
  • 4 ounces black olives, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the cheese, mayo. olives, onion powder and curry

  • Step 2: Toasted one side of the prepared bread under the broiler

  • Step 3: Spread the untoasted side of the bread with the cheese spread. cut each slice into 4 trangles or 4 strips

  • Step 4: 10 minutes before serving place them under the broiler until the cheese starts to melt - Serve warm
