Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Place artichoke hearts in bottom of 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

Spread a layer of the crabmeat.
Step 4
Add a layer of the sautéed mushrooms.

Meanwhile

Melt butter in a saucepan.

Add flour, cream, salt, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, paprika, cayenne and pepper.

Whisk well after each addition to form a smooth sauce.

Pour over artichoke-crab layer and sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.

Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly
