Step 1: Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Place artichoke hearts in bottom of 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Step 3: Spread a layer of the crabmeat.
Step 4: Add a layer of the sautéed mushrooms.
Step 5: Meanwhile
Step 6: Melt butter in a saucepan.
Step 7: Add flour, cream, salt, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, paprika, cayenne and pepper.
Step 8: Whisk well after each addition to form a smooth sauce.
Step 9: Pour over artichoke-crab layer and sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.
Step 10: Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly
