"This is a filling for a 4-egg omelet or two 2-egg omelets for when you're having breakfast, brunch or dinner with somebody special. The combination of wine, cream & the delicate taste of Gruyere cheese makes it rich and delicious. The recipe can be doubled."

I halved the recipe for 1 serve and had enough filling to make 2 omelets I used shallots but next time will only use 1 or use the spring onions options which would also give it some colour factor, I put in a bowl to photo it and decided to have a taste before making the omelet well it didn't get to the omelet as I ate up the lot and that served filled me up, thank Echo Echo made for Alphabet Tag Game at FF&F.
