Put casserole covered in tinfoil in oven bake 60 minutes

At half way point turn chicken

At 50 minutes take tin foil off

This chicken is incredibly tender. The only change I made was to cook the chicken an extra 15 minutes without the foil so the skin could brown up a bit more. There wasn't a temperature listed, so I started at 350 degrees F. for the first 30 minutes, but upped it to 400 degrees F. for the rest of the time. The chicken was very flavorful. Thank you!
