  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon dried peppermint
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup parsley,minced
  • 2 pounds chicken legs
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all together

  • Step 2: And marinade in 9x13 casserole pan.

  • Step 3: 60 minutes no more chicken will get weird texture

  • Step 4: Put casserole covered in tinfoil in oven bake 60 minutes

  • Step 5: At half way point turn chicken

  • Step 6: At 50 minutes take tin foil off

  • Step 7: Top with feta cheese and parsley
