Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 teaspoon dried peppermint
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley,minced
- 2 pounds chicken legs
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- FOR TOPPING
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
How to Make

Step 1: Mix all together

Step 2: And marinade in 9x13 casserole pan.

Step 3: 60 minutes no more chicken will get weird texture

Step 4: Put casserole covered in tinfoil in oven bake 60 minutes

Step 5: At half way point turn chicken

Step 6: At 50 minutes take tin foil off

Step 7: Top with feta cheese and parsley
