Delicious recipe, Teresa! Hubs and I both loved it. I used fusilli pasta. As Forevermama did, I seasoned and dredged the chicken in flour and fried in olive oil. Then I removed them from the pan and finished the sauce, and added the chicken back to the pan to warm through. Next time I make this, unless I have nice sweet tomatoes from my summer garden, I will used dice canned for more flavor, as my grocery store tomatoes lacked flavor. Definitely will be making this again! Thanks for sharing!

ForeverMama

This turned out super delicious and can confirm that it’s a restaurant worthy dish. The whole fam loved every part of it and I see that my future includes making this again. Followed as written, except for upping the garlic, used linguine for the pasta, and seasoned the chicken with salt & pepper and dredged it with flour; fried in olive oil before adding everything else. Yumma, Yumma, Yumma! Thank you, Teresa, for sharing.

Great pasta dish - rich and delicious. Made just as directed except that I used some drained diced tomatoes vs. fresh. DH went back for seconds and gave this dish a big thumbs up. : )
