Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast (skinned and cut in long strips, dusted in flour)
  • 3 ounces Italian sausage
  • 4 ounces artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 2 ounces tomatoes, diced
  • 3 ounces fresh spinach, torn
  • 6 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ounces dry white wine
  • 1 ounce fresh garlic (minced)
  • Salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash
  • 2 ounces olive oil
  • 6 ounces penne pasta (cooked al dente)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute garlic in olive oil.

  • Step 2: Add chicken, sausage, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Saute for 5 minutes until chicken and sausage are almost cooked.

  • Step 4: De-glaze pan with wine.

  • Step 5: Add whipping cream and simmer until thickened.

  • Step 6: Add cooked pasta, tomatoes and spinach.

  • Step 7: Top with Parmesan cheese.
