Step 1: Saute garlic in olive oil.
Step 2: Add chicken, sausage, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Saute for 5 minutes until chicken and sausage are almost cooked.
Step 4: De-glaze pan with wine.
Step 5: Add whipping cream and simmer until thickened.
Step 6: Add cooked pasta, tomatoes and spinach.
Step 7: Top with Parmesan cheese.
