"I have a love affair with jalapenos and garlic I add them into all my recipes (well almost all of them) including this one. This is one great finger food for tailgates or parties. Get ready to watch these fly off the plate!"

Step 1

Combine all ingredients excluding the tortillas. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas tightly in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum or until you need them.

Step 2

When ready to serve remove the wrap. Slice them onto 1 inch rounds.

My friend doesn't like "Breaded, Coat'ed, Covered etc " things so I made this with a crepe instead of a flour tortilla. It doesn't look as pretty but it sure tasted MMMMM Definitely a keeper. I cut the recipe back to one roll (10 pieces) with no problem.
