  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (2.25 ounce) black olives (chopped)
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 8 (560 grams) flour tortillas (10-inch size)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients excluding the tortillas. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas tightly in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour minimum or until you need them.

  • Step 2: When ready to serve remove the wrap. Slice them onto 1 inch rounds.
