Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat your oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Get out an 8 X 12 inch baking dish. Grease it.
Step 2
Rinse your filets under cold water. Pat them dry with some paper towels. Place the fillets side by side on your baking dish.
Step 3
Pour salsa over them. Sprinkle cheese on top next. Sprinkle the crushed corn chips over the top of everything.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes with a fork.
Step 5
Top with avocado and sour cream, if desired.
