Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds cod
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat your oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Get out an 8 X 12 inch baking dish. Grease it.

  • Step 2: Rinse your filets under cold water. Pat them dry with some paper towels. Place the fillets side by side on your baking dish.

  • Step 3: Pour salsa over them. Sprinkle cheese on top next. Sprinkle the crushed corn chips over the top of everything.

  • Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes with a fork.

  • Step 5: Top with avocado and sour cream, if desired.
