"I know liver is something you either love or hate. I love it and this is an easy no fail recipe. No heavy coating on the liver just a light dust of flour to give it a slight crisp finish.. Serve the liver with mashed potatoes & gravy. If you like add a few mushrooms with the onions."

Love liver but don't have it very often anymore because of the cholesterol, so was glad to try this. Delicious! The addition of the balsamic is a nice touch. We be keeping this recipe for when I want a special treat.

I left my liver in whole pieces since it was cut very thin. We loved the balsamic vinegar with this and of course, the onions. It had been too long since we had liver and we both enjoyed! Thanks for sharing.

When I was a kid, liver and onions was my favorite meal! I still love it, but only eat it a few times a year. This was quick, easy, and delicious, just as expected! Tagged Dec 31, due Jan 14 for Billboard game.

I am not a liver fan so I made this for my liver loving hubby using venison liver and he was tickled. He said this was better then any liver he has had in any restaurant. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
