Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet, medium heat, add onions, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper, cook stirring until the onions are golden about 15-20 minutes. Remove onions from the pan.
Step 2: Dust the liver slices with flour on both sides.
Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan over medium high heat. Add the liver strips.
Step 4: Brown the liver about 2 minutes one side flip & another 2 minutes.
Step 5: Turn heat to medium. Add butter, return the onions and stir. Add vinegar, stir just enough to blended and heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 6: Your liver is ready!
