Creamy, sweet, and wonderfully delicious! Because I thought the pops sounded overly sweet, I made them with buttermilk. I whisked the ingredients instead of using the blender. The recipe made eight 2 1/2-ounce and three 3-ounce pops. Tagged for Billboard.
Nice and creamy, but really sweet! Next time I'll cut the jam back by half! Because I thought these pops sounded excessively sweet, I made them with buttermilk. I divided the pudding and used half strawberry spread and half cherry jam. I whisked the ingredients instead of using the blender. The recipe made ten 3-ounce pops. Tagged for Billboard.
Cake-like brownies, with toasted pecans. Made as written; baked in an 8x8 Pyrex dish at 325F for 25 minutes. I should have checked them at 20 minutes, as mine were a bit drier than I usually prefer. Will definitely make them again for a shorter bake time. Tagged for Pick Me (and review is late).
MY OH MY! I believe these are the best pancakes I've ever eaten. Wonderful flavor, with a slightly chewy texture. Cooked in butter and served with strawberries, Libbie's Hot Fudge Sauce (recipe #18723) and whipped cream! Like eating dessert for breakfast! Tagged for Billboard game!
Such a great sauce; much more delicious than most macaroni salads with mayonnaise! I made the recipe as written using Radiatore pasta, but with 12 ounces small frozen (raw, peeled, and tailed) shrimp that I sauteed in two tablespoons dry vermouth, a bit of salt, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Served with spring lettuce, grape tomatoes, and sliced avocado. I've made this recipe many times in recent years. Tagged for Pick Me!
Very sweet, but not very chocolatey! After cooking over simmering water in a double boiler for twenty minutes, the sauce never thickened noticeably. Even at room temperature the sauce is more chocolate syrup-like or, the consistency of chocolate gravy. Because it is very sweet, it might be better stirred into milk, or served over pancakes or biscuits. I served mine over sour cream banana muffins. Tagged for Pick Me!
A great combination of flavors with just a tinge of heat! My ten chicken thighs were boneless; I used lite soy sauce and the finished dish needed a bit of salt. Served over rice with roasted onions, carrots, and Brussels sprouts. Tagged for Pick Me!
