Love adding new appetizers when planning gatherings, the photos enticed and yes it tastes as good as it looks! Made half a recipe filling celery to serve for this evenings meal, refrigerating the rest to use as dip for the veggies we love munching on. This is so on for Easter weekend! Thank you Linda.

YUMMO! I love pimento cream cheese stuffed celery, but never thought of using pimento stuffed olives...Genius! The dry ranch dressing was a nice touch as well. I used neufchatel cheese and the full amount of ranch and found it to have the perfect saltiness. I thought it was too salty when I tried it straight after it was made, but when added to the celery and sitting awhile it all balanced out. I brought these to a Thanksgiving get together and everyone loved them. The only thing is, the filling is enough for 3x the amount of celery listed on the recipe so I did 2x as much and put the rest in a tupperware to use as a dip for crudites. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.

Wow, talk about salty! I used just under half the packet of ranch, but between that and the olives it tasted more like salt than anything else (we couldn't really even taste the ranch). These sounded really good, because we love everything in them, but it was just entirely too much salt for us. Maybe just the cream cheese and olives would be better, skipping the ranch altogether.

A great snack or lunch idea, very tasty and very easy. I think this would go over very well at a pot luck gathering. Will be making this again. Made for the Recipebook Tag game.
