Step 1: Wash celery. Dry well with a paper towel (VERY IMPORTANT).
Step 2: Cut into 3 inch pieces, and set aside.
Step 3: Put cream cheeses into a glass bowl. Put in microwave for 45 seconds., until soft.
Step 4: Add enough milk to get creamy texture, starting with 1 tablespoon, and adding more if needed.
Step 5: Add Ranch Dip Mix, (starting with 1/2 packet and adding more if you like it salty), and diced green olives to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 6: Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture.
Step 7: Wrap, and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
