Step 1
Place bread on two large oven trays and spread evenly with hummus and then top with tomato, capsicum, feta and olives.
Step 2
Cook in a very hot oven (220C) for about 8 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat a lightly oiled, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and add lamb in two batches and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes, or until just cooked and then remove and top pizzas evenly with lamb and rocket and drizzle with oil.
Step 4
TIP: Lamb souvlaki strips are marinated in garlic, lemon and herbs, available in sealed plastic bags from Coles’ refrigerated meat section. Greek pita bread is available from independent supermarkets and delicatessens
