"A wonderful recipe that was posted in allrecipes by Chef John. I tried to keep it exactly as posted. They are loaded with some heat & full of flavour. It was very well recieved on the other site and was awarded many 5 star reviews. Cook time does not include marinating 8 hours."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients except wings in a blender & process until smooth.
Step 2
Place wings in a bowl or zip lock bag & pour the marinade over the wings.
Step 3
Make sure the wings are all well coated.
Step 4
Place in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 450F.
Step 6
Place wings on an aluminium lined oven proof tray that has been sprayed lightly with oil.
Step 7
Reserve the marinade.
Step 8
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Step 9
Brush wings with reserved marinade & turn the wings Bake apprx 15 minutes.
Step 10
Turn the wings again brush with remaing marinade, continue baking until the wings are done & appear carmelized (10 minutes)..Internal temp 165f.
Step 11
Rest wings for 5 minutes.
Step 12
Serve & enjoy.
