Step 1: Put all the ingredients except wings in a blender & process until smooth.
Step 2: Place wings in a bowl or zip lock bag & pour the marinade over the wings.
Step 3: Make sure the wings are all well coated.
Step 4: Place in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 450F.
Step 6: Place wings on an aluminium lined oven proof tray that has been sprayed lightly with oil.
Step 7: Reserve the marinade.
Step 8: Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Step 9: Brush wings with reserved marinade & turn the wings Bake apprx 15 minutes.
Step 10: Turn the wings again brush with remaing marinade, continue baking until the wings are done & appear carmelized (10 minutes)..Internal temp 165f.
Step 11: Rest wings for 5 minutes.
Step 12: Serve & enjoy.
