Step 1

Bring milk to a boil

When melted add grits and seasonings

Whisking as you add

Cook until thickened

Stirring constantly

Take off heat beat hard 5 minutes (use mixer here)

Pour into buttered pam sprayed casserole 3 quart

Cool

Step 10

Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle on parmesan cheese

Bake 30 minutes at 400 minutes
