Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200c.
Step 2
Thoroughly dry the olives with paper towel.
Step 3
Combine the butter and cheese in a bowl; sift in the flour, paprika, cayenne and salt.
Step 4
Work the cheese mix together with a spatula to form a dough.
Step 5
Completely enclose/wrap each dried olive in a teaspoon of the dough and arrange in a single layer on baking trays and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 6
Serve hot (with toothpicks if desired) and serve with drinks.
