  • 40 green olives, stuffed, really well drained
  • 75 grams soft butter
  • 125 grams tasty cheese, grated
  • 2/3 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Pinch salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200c.

  • Step 2: Thoroughly dry the olives with paper towel.

  • Step 3: Combine the butter and cheese in a bowl; sift in the flour, paprika, cayenne and salt.

  • Step 4: Work the cheese mix together with a spatula to form a dough.

  • Step 5: Completely enclose/wrap each dried olive in a teaspoon of the dough and arrange in a single layer on baking trays and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.

  • Step 6: Serve hot (with toothpicks if desired) and serve with drinks.
