Egg lover here that enjoyed the Hot Cheddar Eggs for lunch today. Cooking for one I used my mini bullet instead of my immersion blender which I usually use for small recipes, so impressed with the results. How impressed? Will be using this method for my omelettes. I only used 2 eggs but used the tablespoon of water resulting in perfect scrambled eggs. Thanking Luvcookn for the heads up. A winner!

OMW Linky...what an awesome way to make scrambled eggs with the immersion blender! They turned out silky smooth and so delicious! Used eggs from the farm. Served it with your Lemon Garlic Broccoli, which were perfect together! Thank you for sharing your recipe! A keeper for sure! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

This was a nice way of making plain scrambled eggs a bit more flavorful and enticing. I loved the touch of hot sauce on top, it really "woke up" my taste buds. Thanks, Linky. Made for Football Pool.

We enjoyed this for breakfast a couple of days ago before we headed out of town for a big family Christmas get together. Added plenty of hot sauce and also had a side of spicy conecuh sausage. Perfection. Made for your win in Football pool.
