Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon butter (optional - can use a couple shots of pan-spray instead)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Coarse sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Hot sauce, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: With an immersion blender, combine eggs and water until smooth and pale yellow.

  • Step 2: Heat a non-stick skillet to medium. Add butter if using or spray!

  • Step 3: Pour in eggs, gently stir until bottom is cooked but not browned. Tops will look shiny.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle cheese on top. Turn off heat. Cover pan. Let sit for a couple minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with salt, pepper and hot sauce to serve.
