I did a half recipe and it is the first time I have ever put cornflour/cornstarch into scrambled eggs but it gave it a different texture that was quite pleasant in mouthfeel and I very much enjoyed my breakfast thank you dienia b made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
