"Found @ myrecipesdotcom & excerpted from CookingLight - This is the 2nd of 2 recipes I found, liked & will make to use w/my supply of homemade lemon curd when I make it in the next 2 wks. A recipe can hardly be easier to fix than this one. It's ingredient-friendly & perfect for those occasions you need something quick, light & tasty to serve unexpected guests. BUT you could also make it to spoil yourself or someone you love. ENJOY!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon curd & honey, stirring w/a whisk. Garnish top surface w/lemon zest as desired
YIELD: Yield is roughly 12 oz = 6 servings @ 2T per person.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: By the recipe, "serve w/fresh strawberries". By me, consider other fruits plus some cookies & virtually all shortbread variations will also be good dippers.
NOTE FROM ME: I made this recipe today (6/30/16) & found it to be thinner than I desired, so I modified the recipe by adding 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese & raised the lemon curd amt to 4T. I trust this will improve the issue.
