Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces fat-free Greek Yogurt (plain, 1/2 cup)
  • 4 ounces low-fat sour cream (1/2 cup)
  • 2 ounces low-fat cream cheese (1/4 cup)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon curd (jarred lemon curd, Dickinson's brand suggested - I'll use homemade lemon curd)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • Lemon zest, optional garnish
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon curd & honey, stirring w/a whisk. Garnish top surface w/lemon zest as desired

  • YIELD: Yield is roughly 12 oz = 6 servings @ 2T per person.

  • SERVING SUGGESTIONS: By the recipe, "serve w/fresh strawberries". By me, consider other fruits plus some cookies & virtually all shortbread variations will also be good dippers.

  • NOTE FROM ME: I made this recipe today (6/30/16) & found it to be thinner than I desired, so I modified the recipe by adding 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese & raised the lemon curd amt to 4T. I trust this will improve the issue.
