Daily Inspiration

We love Indian dishes and this was very tasty. I took a tip from another reviewer and added some cauliflower and peas. Served over rice with a side salad.

Such a tasty dish! I added an equal amount of frozen cauliflower to help soak up the sauce. (I thawed it, of course!!) DH liked it a lot!

Into my Best of 2019 book. This is so easy and has so much flavor. We prefer dark meat, so I used boneless, skinless thighs instead of breasts. Served with rice and steamed carrot strips. Will be making this again.

Really easy recipe that resulted in lots of tasty sauce, perfect for the basmati rice. I thought that the amount of seasoning was extreme but it was perfect - I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks! :)
