Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon curd & honey, stirring w/a whisk. Garnish top surface w/lemon zest as desired

YIELD: Yield is roughly 12 oz = 6 servings @ 2T per person.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: By the recipe, "serve w/fresh strawberries". By me, consider other fruits plus some cookies & virtually all shortbread variations will also be good dippers.

NOTE FROM ME: I made this recipe today (6/30/16) & found it to be thinner than I desired, so I modified the recipe by adding 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese & raised the lemon curd amt to 4T. I trust this will improve the issue.

Daily Inspiration

Made this lemon curd dip today to go with some fresh strawberries. I had purchased a jar of lemon curd and this recipe made excellent use of it. I did add an extra tbsp. of the lemon curd and I added the zest of 1 lemon into the dip as well. Delish!
