Very tasty, although, I don't think it needs the sweetner. I thought I would sprinkle some cinnamon on top for the photo. So, you can imagine my surprise when I shook the cinnamon out and a big clump fell down on the top. Well I forgot that the new spice containers have a flip lid to get to the sprinkle top. So I scooped most of it off the top of the smoothie but it still looked like a wreck. So to rectify the problem I added some whipped cream to the top. And despite my mishap, the extra cinnamon, didn't hurt the taste at all. The banana helps to thicken it. I was thinking it would make a delightful frozen treat as well. Made for Billboard tag.

This shake tasted so yummy to me. I loved the taste from the spices and it really did remind me of apple pie. It was nice to have something different for my breakfast. I only made half a batch because I didn't want to knock my sugar out of whack, but it was so good! Thank you for sharing it with us Mikekey! Linda
