"This is based on a recipe I found at Allrecipes.com, but I've made a few changes based on what I had on-hand and to suit our taste. I happened to have honeycrisp apples, but you can certainly use whatever kind you have or prefer instead."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Remove core from apples, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Toss apple chunks with lemon juice to thoroughly coat.
Step 3
Mix together yogurt, sour cream and sugar; pour over apple and mix well.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend and sugar to dissolve.
