Except for the fact I used shredded ham, this was made as per recipe. I used sliced cheddar as suggested and I really loved this. I made it for myself for brunch as I was on my own, peace, tranquility and this recipe....... Heaven! Thanks Pat.

Straight forward easy delicious Brunch. My farm eggs are so yellow they are the same colour as the cheddar cheese. Can't go wrong with this recipe. It will be on the menu again soon.

We love fried eggs, and this was perfect for us. DS loved the addition of cheese. Thanks for sharing. Made for FYC tag game!
