Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 (40 gram) ham slice (big enough so it covers your slice of bread, I prefer a thick slice)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ounce sliced cheese (1 slice, I used cheddar)
  • 1 ounce sliced bread (1 slice, toasted)
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter (to butter toast)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat up skillet to medium-high and put in butter and swirl around the pan and then put in slice of ham and then crack egg into the pan, once the egg white in set turn the slice of ham and place egg on top of the ham and then put the slice of cheese on top of the ham and garnish with a little black pepper, cayenne or paprika if you wish, put on the lid and cook till the cheese is melted.

  • Step 2: Place on slice of buttered toast and enjoy.
