I scaled back for one serve and used two chicken thigh fillets but did not grill them but chopped them up into bite size pieces and stir fried them and served with stir fry vegetables and had a thoroughly enjoyable dinner. Thank you dienia b made for Alphabet Tage Game at FF&F.
