Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the dressing, oil, mustard and garlic.

Step 2

Add the chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Drain and discard marinade.

Step 4

Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°.

Been saying it for years - there is no such thing as too many recipes for chicken and this one is another to be added to my family cookbook! Used our family favouite 'Cathy's Caesar Salad Dressing' which worked beautifully in the marinade. Yes to tender and juicy! A great Grilled Chicken that will be seeing to repeats at our house. I made this recipe using chickenbreast tenderloins tonight which I ended up marinating for 24 hours. I added the tenderloins to skewers to make it easier to grill. The chicken was moist , tender and delicious. Made for Billboard tag.
