Step 1

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the dressing, oil, mustard and garlic.

Step 2

Add the chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Drain and discard marinade.

Step 4

Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 170°.

Used our family favouite 'Cathy's Caesar Salad Dressing' which worked beautifully in the marinade. Yes to tender and juicy! A great Grilled Chicken that will be seeing to repeats at our house. I made this recipe using chickenbreast tenderloins tonight which I ended up marinating for 24 hours. I added the tenderloins to skewers to make it easier to grill. The chicken was moist , tender and delicious. Made for Billboard tag.
