"These are great tasting wings. Very easy the put together, just make sure you keep a close eye on them while they are cooking. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free soy sauce."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and hot pepper flakes in a large re-sealable plastic bag.

Step 2

Add the wings and swish together to coat.

Step 3

Refrigerate and allow marinating for at least 4 hours.

Step 4

Remove from marinade and place on grill; cook over medium-low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Make sure you keep a close eye on these as they can flare up and burn quite easily. The cook is approximate; this will depend on thickness of the wings.

My smoker is covered with 2 feet of snow, but my grill isn't! I decided to make a double batch of these and pop them on the grill and me and the family really enjoyed them. They are finger licking yumminess for sure! I whipped up a potato salad and coleslaw and we were happy campers!

Another Bea winner! Super easy to make and taste great! Made as posted with great results. I have an extra copy printed - they are so on for our upcoming long weekend at the beginning of August!
