Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken (wings)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (rice vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and hot pepper flakes in a large re-sealable plastic bag.

  • Step 2: Add the wings and swish together to coat.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate and allow marinating for at least 4 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove from marinade and place on grill; cook over medium-low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Make sure you keep a close eye on these as they can flare up and burn quite easily. The cook is approximate; this will depend on thickness of the wings.
