"Easy recipe for Holidays or everynight. This is a healthy recipe originally from Eating Well magazine. If you can find wild mushrooms such as chanterelle, or porcini they are all the better."

Very tasty fresh bean recipe, i did have to use frozen green and yellow beans, They turned out very nice but i am sure will be even better when the fresh bean season is here, i will make them again then. The mushrooms and garlic really make the recipe special and delicious.
