Step 1: Cook your beans in a large pot of boiling water for apprx 4 minutes (longer if you like well cooked veggies), drain
Step 2: Meanwhile heat oil in a large skillet, medium heat, add garlic for apprx 1 minute or until you have that heavenly scent.
Step 3: Add mushrooms, stirring, cook until the juices have been released and evaporated, apprx 5 minutes.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper
Step 5: Add cooked beans to the skillet, mix, continue cooking until all are heated through, just a couple of minutes
