"I got this from one of those recipe books near the cash register in the grocery store. It is a simple one to prepare as you do it with leftover chicken. In fact you can plan to have leftovers just for this salad. I am all for doing things easily."

I'm going to tuck this recipe into my 'make again' category. It's so tasty and a great way to use up leftover chicken! We really enjoyed all of the components and loved the dressing. Yum! Thank you for a keeper!

This is a GREAT salad! Love all the flavors which come together very well. The dressing combo makes a great flavor enhancer to everything on the plate. The only thing I did differently is that I used ground beef cooked down wiht taco seasoning (ran out of chicken, so substituted). My main squeeze loved this as so did the rest of the fam. Thank you, Mimimaine, for sharing! Made it for Pick Me Tag Game.

A lovely crunchy taco salad, I used cherry tomatoes halved and Catalina dressing as the base for the dressing with my own taco seasoning. We loved the dressing with the salsa and the taco seasoning it had just the right amoount of bite. I made tortilla bowls to serve it in, turned out quite impressive, thanks for posting.
