Step by Step Method

Bring large saucepan of water to boil. Plunge the 2 medium tomatoes in the water

And hold them there for about 1 min. Remove the tomatoes from the water and hold them under cold running water to remove the skins.

Cut the tomatoes horizontally and remove the seeds. Coarsely chop the tomatoes.
