Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven 375F.
Step 2
Place eggplant slices on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Paint both side the Italian Dressing
Step 4
Bake 25 minutes.
Step 5
Top slices with salsa.
Step 6
Sprinkle on cheese.
Step 7
Place in 375 oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is nicely browned.
Step 8
Sprinkle on basil & serve.
