"Cook whatever pasta base you like. I find that there is enough stroganoff for 4 fairly generous servings but it depends on how large the appetites are. I use 2% cottage cheese but if you prefer sub with lite sour cream. If you do not like spice use ordinary paprika. If you wish use cream of chicken soup'"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Crumble the meat and add to a lightly oiled skillet. Lightly brown the meat.

Step 2

Remove any fat

Step 3

Add the onions mushrooms and garlic..Stir well & cook until onions are translucent (5 minutes).

Step 4

Sprinkle in the paprika, stir.

Step 5

Add the soup & Cottage cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Season with salt & pepper.

Step 7

Serve over cooked pasta.
