Step 1: Crumble the meat and add to a lightly oiled skillet. Lightly brown the meat.
Step 2: Remove any fat
Step 3: Add the onions mushrooms and garlic..Stir well & cook until onions are translucent (5 minutes).
Step 4: Sprinkle in the paprika, stir.
Step 5: Add the soup & Cottage cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Season with salt & pepper.
Step 7: Serve over cooked pasta.
