Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 pound lean ground pork
  • 1/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onions
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (hot)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Crumble the meat and add to a lightly oiled skillet. Lightly brown the meat.

  • Step 2: Remove any fat

  • Step 3: Add the onions mushrooms and garlic..Stir well & cook until onions are translucent (5 minutes).

  • Step 4: Sprinkle in the paprika, stir.

  • Step 5: Add the soup & Cottage cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Season with salt & pepper.

  • Step 7: Serve over cooked pasta.
