Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the meatballs and cook, turning, for 6 minutes or until brown all over and cooked through.
Step 2
Add the tomato and bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens and then season to taste.
Step 3
Divide the rolls among serving plate and divide the rocket among the rolls and top with the meatballs and sauce and sprinkle with the cheddar.
